SOLD

It's practically official! The house is sold and escrow is set to close on September 26th! We are very excited about getting everything done so we can head north to visit the family. The kitchen in the Oceano house is finally done and that makes it 'move-in ready'.

All new floors

New windows and a new front door along with a fresh coat of paint has been added to the House in Oceano.


The floors have been refinished with ceramic tile
throughout, except in the bedrooms. New carpets
in the bedroom make things all warm and cozy,
especially with our new earth tone walls.

The old brick patio was replaced with a NEW LARGER concrete slab that contains a footing and rebar so a room addition could be added in the future

Oceano house progress

We thought we'd be in by now, but guess it will have to wait a while longer as the A.G. house is still on the market. We are making progress in Oceano, though.
